School Support
School support helps families navigate the educational system and access services and accommodations that support a child’s learning and well-being. Through a collaborative approach, we partner with parents and schools to advocate thoughtfully and ensure students have the support they need to thrive.

Executive Functioning Coaching
Executive functioning coaching supports individuals in building practical skills such as organization, time management, and planning, with strategies tailored to their unique strengths and challenges. Coaching focuses on increasing confidence, reducing stress, and supporting follow-through across school, work, and daily life.

Classes & Group Programs
Classes and groups offer opportunities to learn, build skills, and connect with others in a supportive, shared space. As our practice grows, we plan to offer thoughtfully designed groups and classes grounded in strengths-based, evidence-informed approaches that foster confidence, connection, and meaningful growth.
