Psychological Testing
Psychological testing provides a comprehensive picture of each person's unique strengths as well as areas where they might benefit from additional support. Using gold-standard assessment tools, we explore domains such as cognitive ability, attention, executive functioning, academic skills, emotional and behavioral functioning, and adaptive functioning. While a psychological evaluation does not always result in a diagnosis, we commonly utilize testing to identify or rule out diagnoses such as Autism, ADHD, Specific Learning Disorders, Intellectual Disability, Giftedness, Anxiety, OCD, and Depression. The testing process ultimately fosters a deeper understanding of each person, celebrating unique abilities while creating a tailored support plan to help each individual thrive at home, school, and in the community.

Child and Teen Therapy
Child and teen therapy offers a transformative opportunity to navigate challenges, develop essential skills, and foster emotional resilience. Through a supportive and nurturing environment, therapy provides a safe space to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences. We utilize evidence-based techniques tailored to each child's unique needs, empowering them to express themselves effectively and build healthy relationships. Some of our gold-standard approaches include play therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). By addressing concerns early, therapy equips children and adolescents with the tools they need to navigate life's challenges with confidence and thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Engaging in therapy not only supports immediate emotional well-being, but also lays the foundation for lifelong resilience and success.
Adult Therapy
Therapy in adulthood provides a supportive space to explore challenges, deepen self-understanding, and strengthen emotional well-being. Many people seek therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, stress, grief, or life transitions. Others come to reflect on identity—whether related to career, culture, gender, family roles, or a broader sense of purpose and meaning. Whatever brings you in, sessions offer a chance to slow down, connect more fully with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity and compassion.

Our therapists draw on evidence-based approaches that emphasize living in line with your values, building awareness of your inner experiences, and cultivating skills that help you navigate life’s stressors with steadiness. Rather than focusing on “fixing” problems, therapy is a collaborative process of exploring what matters most to you, nurturing resilience, and making space for growth. It honors your autonomy and unique path, recognizing that you are the expert on your own life. Through this process, you can discover new ways of coping, relate more kindly to yourself, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.

Parent Support
Parent support services offer invaluable guidance and resources to parents navigating the complexities of raising children. Through expert insights and compassionate support, we strive to empower parents to build stronger connections with their children, enhance parenting skills, and foster a nurturing family environment. By providing a safe space for parents to explore their concerns, share experiences, and learn effective strategies, parent support services facilitate healthier parent-child relationships and promote positive family dynamics. Some of the most common concerns we work to address include differences in parenting styles between parents/caregivers, managing disruptive behavior (e.g., tantrums, aggression, noncompliance), sleep and toileting difficulties, strain on the parent-child relationship, and parenting stress. Parent support services are designed to not only enhance parental confidence and competence, but also cultivate a supportive community where parents can find encouragement, validation, and practical solutions to common parenting challenges.
Family Therapy
Families are at the heart of our lives, yet even the strongest bonds can be tested by stress, conflict, or transition. When communication breaks down or patterns become strained, therapy offers a place to pause, reconnect, and rediscover each other with fresh perspective. Families often come to therapy during times of change—welcoming a new child, adjusting to adolescence, navigating separation or loss—or when daily life begins to feel weighed down by misunderstanding or tension.

In family sessions, the focus is not on assigning blame, but on creating space for each person’s experience to be seen and understood. With guidance, families can experiment with new ways of talking and listening, learn to step out of cycles that keep them stuck, and move toward more supportive patterns of interaction. Therapy becomes a practice ground for respect, empathy,
and resilience.

Our approach is individualized and flexible, drawing from methods such as Structural Family Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and systemic, strengths-based practices. The goal is not perfection, but connection—helping families feel more grounded, more capable of navigating stress together, and more confident in the bonds that hold them close.
