Executive Functioning Coaching

Who Can Benefit From Executive Functioning Support

We provide executive functioning and ADHD coaching for teens and adults in Durham, the Triangle area, and across North Carolina, offering in-person and virtual services focused on organization, time management, task initiation, school and work performance, and stress related to executive function challenges.

Executive functioning support is a collaborative, strengths-based approach to helping individuals better understand how they plan, organize, and follow through in everyday life. Rather than focusing on what isn’t working, we build on existing abilities and personal goals to create systems that feel realistic, supportive, and sustainable.

Because our work is grounded in clinical and developmental understanding, we often support individuals navigating ADHD, learning differences, and neurodivergent ways of thinking. Our goal is to translate insight into practical strategies that enhance confidence, independence, and long-term success across school, work, and home.

For some individuals, psychological testing or school support services can provide additional insight and structure to guide executive functioning support.

Our clinicians are licensed mental health professionals who integrate evidence-based and neurodivergent-affirming approaches into executive functioning and ADHD coaching.
