Insurance

We are committed to making mental health care accessible and attainable for everyone. While many practices choose not to accept insurance, we see partnering with insurance providers as one way to reduce barriers and honor our commitment to inclusive, client-centered care. Below, you’ll find information about the plans we are currently in-network with, along with guidance on how to make the most of your benefits.

Please note, while we do our best to help answer insurance questions, you are ultimately tasked with understanding your plan's mental health coverage and benefits. You are responsible for any copay, coinsurance, or uncovered services designated by your insurance plan. Additionally, an estimate of coverage is not a guarantee of payment by insurance. â€‹â€‹

Out-of-Network Benefits

If MCT is not paneled with your insurance, you may still be eligible for reimbursement. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that cover part or all of the costs of services. We are happy to provide a Superbill detailing services and fees for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

Non-covered or Excluded Services

Psychoeducational Testing: Insurance companies do not cover academic testing, as it is not considered a medical service (though a valuable service, nonetheless!). Should you choose to move forward with a psychoeducational testing package, we will submit eligible portions of your service to your insurance company and will provide you with an invoice for any services that are not able to be submitted to insurance.
