Who Classes & Groups Can Support

We offer clinically informed classes, therapy groups, and educational workshops for children, teens, adults, and caregivers in Durham, the Triangle area, and across North Carolina, with in-person and virtual options focused on connection, skill-building, and meaningful growth.

Classes and groups create opportunities to learn, practice new skills, and connect with others in a supportive, shared space. Whether you’re looking for guidance around a specific life challenge or hoping to grow alongside others with similar experiences, group settings can offer both practical tools and a sense of belonging.

As our practice grows, we develop thoughtfully designed offerings grounded in strengths-based, evidence-informed, and neurodivergent-affirming approaches. Some groups are tailored to specific populations or needs, while others take a more general, educational or reflective format focused on personal development, parenting, or professional growth.

Many of our groups and classes complement our work in therapy, psychological testing, and school support services, depending on individual and family needs.

If you have an idea for a group, informational exchange, or employee training you'd like to see us offer, please let us know! Feel free to submit a request via the link above and we'll keep you informed on available sessions.
