Testing Services
Our assessment process begins with an Intake appointment and concludes with Feedback so that you can feel confident about the results of your assessment.
Both the Child-Focused Feedback and Child-Focused report are designed to support your child's understanding of their unique profile, highlighting their strengths while also providing a rationale for skills practice and structured support in areas where they may benefit. We find that older elementary-age children and adolescents benefit most from these services. These child-focused options are available as add-ons to your testing package.

Good Faith Estimate
A Good Faith Estimate is a document that outlines the estimated costs of services. It offers transparency and clarity regarding potential financial obligations, allowing individuals to make informed decisions about their care. A Good Faith Estimate typically includes details such as the anticipated costs of services, including fees for consultations, treatments, and any additional charges. Healthcare providers are required to provide patients who are not using insurance a Good Faith Estimate of the bill for healthcare services rendered. By having a Good Faith Estimate, individuals can better understand their financial responsibilities, inquire about alternative options, and plan accordingly for any potential costs associated with their treatment or services. This document promotes transparency, affordability, and accountability in the provision of services, empowering individuals to make informed choices about their healthcare.
