Parent Support Services

Who Can Benefit from Parent Support Services

We provide parent support and caregiver consultations for families in Durham, the Triangle area, and across North Carolina, offering in-person and virtual guidance for behavior challenges, tantrums, ADHD and autism support, school stress, emotional regulation, and family communication.

Parent support services offer a compassionate, collaborative space for caregivers navigating the complexities of raising children. We work alongside parents to strengthen connection, build practical skills, and foster nurturing family environments grounded in each family’s values and needs.

Parents and caregivers often seek support when navigating meltdowns, boundary-setting, sibling conflict, school concerns, or the challenges of supporting a neurodivergent child. Families sometimes find it helpful to pair parent consultation with family therapy or school support services to create consistent support across home and school.

Parenting was never meant to be done alone, and support can be especially meaningful when emotional patterns or family dynamics begin to feel misaligned or unsustainable.

Parent Consulations

Parent support is typically scheduled as “parent consultations” at our practice, allowing dedicated time and space for you to navigate parenting challenges more broadly or address specific concerns as they arise.

Parent and guardian engagement is an intentional and thoughtful part of our work. With deep respect for each child’s privacy and autonomy, we partner with caregivers to ensure growth in the consultation space can extend into home, school, and the wider world.

Our clinicians are licensed mental health professionals with experience in evidence-based, family-centered, and neurodivergent-affirming approaches to parent and caregiver support.
