We all start somewhere, and we're so glad you're here! Navigating this process can be daunting and we don't want you to feel alone.
Learn more about our providers, services we offer, and practice values. If we feel like a good fit, the first step is reaching out to us to get a better understanding of what kind of support you're looking for (we can help if you're not sure!). From there, we'll connect you with the best fit provider and get you scheduled for your intake appointment, or make appropriate referrals if we believe there's someone else who can better support you.
As a starting point, we offer a free 15-minute consultation with a provider for new clients to learn a bit more about our team, our process and how we can best help based on your situation and needs. We'll collect in-depth background information and begin treatment planning at the following 60-minute intake session.

Seeking testing for you or your child can be overwhelming, and it's important to us that we make the process as approachable and transparent as possible. Our goal is to get you the support you need so you can make informed decisions about your child's care as they develop and transition through life.
Here's an overview of our services, and well as in-depth information about our testing process and packages. Whether you're already aware of the type of testing your child needs, or you're looking to discuss options to really understand what's needed, reach out to us -- we'll help make sure you feel informed and equipped before we hit the ground running.

No, we don't require a formal referral from other providers to get started with services at MCT. We may request records from a previous provider, if necessary for treatment planning and with your express permission.
- 04
We do! We offer both in-person and telehealth appointments via Zoom based on your/your child's needs.

Absolutely! We know how important it is for kids' mental health and success to maintain a consistent schedule, and that includes being able to attend school regularly. As our primary client population is school-age children, though, our after-school appointment times are the first to go. If your child has flexibility in their school schedule, please let us know and we are most likely to be able to accommodate your scheduling needs.
